Whatever the composition of a firm, If it is to do good business it should be a place where everyone is Encouraged to progress toward complexity- or at the very least a place that Does not make it more difficult to achieve personal growth

My business education started at the shallow end of a swimming pool and Sometimes seemed like it was stuck in the deep end of a shark tank. But you keep going, and pretty soon you’re on dry land.

Who should be blamed when a leaf fell from a tree?
Is it the wind that blew it away?
Or the tree that let it go?
Or is it the leaf who grew tired of holding on?:-(

When god drops needles and pins along your path in life,
Don’t avoid them. Pick them up and collect them.
They were designed to teach you to be stronger.

It’s not being together in one place that
Determines the closeness of true friends,
But the mutual desire to communicate constantly
That bonds them together.

Everyone will not get everything.
It is the way of life.
Donnt try to get which is not yours.
But dont dare to loose which is yours

God did not promise days w/o pain;
Laughter w/o sorrow;
Sun w/o rain.
But he did promise strength 4 the day,
Comfort 4 d tears; and light 4 our way.

We think everything is impossible until
We try something different different attempts is the
Only way of discovering our true capacity

Challenges are like trees seen through a running train.
As u approach them they grow bigger,
Once u pass them they become smaller!
So never be afraid of them.

Success is like your own shadow…
If u try to catch it u will never succeed..
Ignore it and walk in ur own way.it will follow u!..
