This driver was not going fast, he was drunk and had passed out. The car was going on it’s own without any control at about 25 MPH.
The bikes where also going around 20 MPH, making for a horrific and in some cases fatal accident.
Speed doesn’t kill, driver error kills.
A drunk drivers first error is when they turn the key on.
