Sair festival is celebrated in the mid of September and is a centuries-old festival. It is celebrated to mark the end of the crop harvest and also the rakhi thread is removed and offered to the mother Sairi. It is mainly celebrated in Shimla, Mandi, Kullu, and Solan districts every year in mid-September.
